简介：Sam正职在货仓工作，闲时打地下拳赛赚钱，为人嚣张、野蛮、花心。一场意外，造成家庭破碎，留下一幼子。因此，Sam决定不再打地下拳赛，而得罪了地下拳赛大佬(Paul哥)，从今与儿子相依为命，父子情深。可惜好景不长，儿子身体有严重隐疾，需要到美国接受治疗。为了赚取医疗费用，Sam带着儿子同时打几份兼职，却忽视了儿子的学校生活。此时，儿子的班主任MissChan主动提出协助。MissChan在与Sam父子的接触过程中，渐渐对Sam产生了情愫。Sam为了尽快筹到儿子的治疗费用，决定选择再打地下拳赛，却被Paul哥暗中操纵，要求打假拳。及後，Paul哥挑衅Sam参加一场高奖金的危险拳赛，在癫马的协助训练和MissChan与儿子的全力支持下，使Sam无後顾之忧。Sam为证明自己是个真正的拳手，在这场与自己决斗的“极闘”中全力以赴。
